Delivery Information

Free Delivery:

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £40.00* – Free Delivery also applies to Gift Card Purchased (if home delivery if chosen) From time to time we may offer FREE DELIVERY on items without any minimum purchase. This is clearly displayed on item information

Other Delivery Options:

If your order value does not exceed £40.00, then you will be offered an alternative delivery method at checkout, for which there will be a charge. The other delivery options are:

Standard Delivery (4-5 Days) £3.50

Standard Delivery:

All our standard deliveries are sent by a secure courier, or via Royal Mail – we will determine the most suitable delivery carrier at the point of dispatch.

Once dispatched, you will receive an automated email, containing your delivery information. This will provide the name of the carrier and the relevant tracking code (if applicable)

Standard delivery is 4-5 days from point of dispatch. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days after receipt of order and cleared payment. The actual speed of dispatch will differ depending on order volumes or during busy periods. We will advise you via email if there are any expected delays with your order.

Should you not receive your order within 7 days, and have received no notification from us as to the cause of the delay, then please contact our customer services team via email: Please use the tracking code provided to check the status with your carrier prior to contacting us. Please remember to quote your order number on any emails you send us. (Your order number can be found at the top of any emails we have sent you)

Next Day Delivery: Currently we do not offer a next day delivery service


We insure each parcel up to a maximum amount set out by Urban Candle Company Ltd. We will at our discretion, increase the insurance to cover the value of the contents. This will NOT affect the delivery price you have paid. This is applicable to Free Delivery, Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery. Should your parcel be declared lost by the carrier, or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible via email: / 0191 486 2018 and we will deal with this accordingly. A replacement order will be dispatched with free delivery in these circumstances – subject to satisfactory proof of loss or damage from the carrier - which we will request.

Important Information:

In most instances, orders you place with us are dispatched on the next available working day. Should we (Urban Candle Company Ltd) for any reason be unable to fulfil part of, or fulfil fully an order you have placed, or should there be any estimated delay in the dispatch of your order we will notify you of this via email as soon as possible. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a dispatch notification from us. You can view the status of your order at any time by visiting the My Account section of our website. Should we be unable to fulfil an order within a reasonable* time period then we will give you the option of a full refund (including any delivery costs paid at checkout). *We deem "Reasonable" time period to be 10 working days. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.

European / International Delivery:

We currently only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) We apologise, but European & International delivery is not currently available.
